The urine specimen may be rejected by the lab if it is received at a temperature greater than 8 degrees Celsius. Please ensure all required items are included in the shipment. Samples will not be accepted / processed without a requisition form. If a requisition form can be provided within 24 hours of sample receipt, the sample will be tested. If the urine cups have been continuously refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius, you may batch ship them in a later collection kit shipment no later than one week from the first urine sample collection date.
